    Confirm only when the shillings are in your account. Not paid? Don’t confirm.

  4. Released to them.

    The crypto goes from escrow to the customer’s wallet.

If a payment is disputed

Proof, from your bank.

Disputes are settled by merchant proof, using Sargo Verifier.

Sargo Verifier checks the payment in your own bank’s records, tied to this order.

Sargo Verifier processes your authenticated bank-session data, and some proof fields may be recorded on a public blockchain. See the Privacy Policy.

What if the customer never confirms?

Once the order’s deadline passes you can raise a dispute and prove your payment from your bank’s records, using Sargo Verifier. The crypto stays in escrow until it’s settled.
